Boo.Yeah.

That's what Dave said when we were driving home last night.  "Boo.Yeah."  I was like, "what?"  He said, "Boo that it's over, but yeah because it was so much fun."

Good news, I don't plan to spare a single detail about this vacation.  It should make up for my lack of posts in April.  This is part 1 of 100.
For a second, I thought the kids might be nervous watching as the ocean sped along outside our window.  Nope.  They couldn't get enough of it.  They loved it when all their eyes could see was water and sky.
My purpose for the orange clothes was two fold:  one, they would be easy to spot and I knew it would be crowded being ushered onto the ship.  Two, when I introduced them at the kids club (Camp Carnival) I wanted everyone to know they went together.   I didn't realize there would be so few kids on the ship, so I didn't need to worry about either, really.  But it did get them a lot of fun comments;)  The process of getting on the ship was so quick and smooth.  We were told not to arrive until 1:30 but the hotel shuttle said the port was congested so they asked if we could go sooner, so we said sure.  We were so glad we did.  We were on the ship by 12:30.

They were all intrigued by the fun napkin animals and designs that the waiters made them.

Detmer was so excited to meet the captain.  This was one of the few things that he allowed himself to be checked out of Camp Carnival for.  I didn't go because I was getting ready, but Dave felt like Detmer was disappointed.  However, he (Detmer) reported to me that it was super awesome.
